FSport AB (the ”Company”) has decided to consolidate its products and concentrate on refining its more profitable media business in connection with the announced rights issue. The game forms developed within the framework of Daily Fantasy Sports on the game site FSport.se will be redesigned and utilized within the Company’s core business in new formats that are not subject to licensing requirements.

As a result, the Company has decided not to renew its Swedish gaming license for commercial betting when it expires on June 16, 2024. At the same time, the Company has decided to return its Swedish gaming license for gaming software, which expires on June 30, 2028.
